The new NSU “Next Step Up” consists of a recessed latex and palate plate that places your tongue in the correct position, allowing the most novice user to understand how a diaphragm works. This is the easiest diaphragm on the market to use and fits the widest variety of palates. The original palate plate designed by Rockie Jacobsen brought a design to the market that has allowed those that have a gag reflex the ability to use a diaphragm by placing it further forward in the mouth. With the added NSU technology, it now has taken the guess work out of proper tongue placement.
The Monarch is designed for people who have a “Medium Profile Palate Plate” which provides a more comfortable fit allowing for a more efficient use of the call. This call is a single latex and makes beautiful mature estrous cow sounds.
